BBC - Bristol is Britain’s ‘most musical city’. Birmingham don’t make the top ten, Manchester at seven, behind Cardiff, Wakefield and Cheltenham.

Not sure these population-adjusted figures really mean anything, but they’re good fun, and Bristol instinctively feels like a just number one to me.
